In this day and time, all too often people on the Internet are getting their email accounts hacked into. This is an act that can cause a very frightening situation. For many people it is the one privacy they thought they had and it is now totally violated. Just imagine the feelings it would cause you to have if you learned a hacker has invaded your email account and have been reading through all of your sent and received email messages. Not only is this a tremendous invasion of a person's privacy, but the situation can become even more serious when they have inadvertently left personal information about themselves in emails that they were saving. There are even some people that save emails containing private passwords to several accounts that they have online. Just imagine the unbelievable amount of problems that this can cause when your email account is hacked.
Of course the first thing that most people do when they realize that someone has hacked into their email account, is they immediately begin changing all of their passwords. Although this is important it is very important to go a step further than this. Consulting with an expert private investigator that knows how to perform a hacked email account investigation is a move that can help you regain your sense of privacy and security that is so important while browsing the world online. It is also probably the only way you will ever be able to locate and identify the person who violated your privacy.
Identifying the hacker is essential to your well being if you ever expect to trust the people closest to you. after all it could be an ex-husband or jealous boyfriend that is reading your private messages.
Performing a hacked email account investigation is a process that only requires your email address. After supplying the investigator with this information, they can then attempt to locate the hacker and identify who has been reading through your emails. Regardless of who it is that has hacked into your email account, expert private investigators have the knowledge and skill required to gain information about any other computer a hacker is using to access to your email.
Once the hacked email account investigation has been completed, you will be provided with detailed information regarding the ISP or Internet service provider that the hacker is using, their full name, their telephone number, street address and their email address. After gaining this informative information it can be turned into the local authorities that can put an end to the hacker's activities completely.
If you believe that your email account has been hacked, regardless of the type of email account you have, a hacked email account investigation is the perfect answer.

Why You Need An External Hard Drive
by: George Hutton
Computers have grown in many ways in recent years. If you've been around long enough to witness the birth and growth of the Internet, then you certainly know how much it has exploded recently. Every year computers get bigger and bigger, and their capabilities are increasing just as much. This is a great time to be alive if you love technology.
In the beginning, computers came with pretty much everything you needed. Stores would sell them bundled with speakers, keyboards, monitors, and whole works. Then there was a time when you had to buy everything separately. You'd see a great price for a computer, but in the small print, it would say that the monitor and keyboard were sold separately. Today, however, everything you need is usually included. Except for one very important thing. One important thing that everybody must have.
The external back up drive. This is essential. As computer hard drives increase in size, so does the amount of things that we store on them. And frequently, this information is very important. Too important to lose. That's why it's necessary to buy an external hard drive with every computer that you have. But some people say that modern computers come with an additional drive on the inside, and that is enough. But is it?
Certain viruses are created so that they will effect your entire computer, and not just one of your hard drives. There's also physical damage that can happen to your computer. This will also effect both internal hard drives as well. So it's really important to have an external hard drive for this reason. It will give you a lot of extra protection.
One more great reason to get an external hard drive is that you can carry it with you wherever you go. If you have several computers, for example, you can bring your external hard drive with you and easily swap information from computer to computer. And with advances in technology, you can have an external drive with enough space to backup most everything, yet still fit in the palm of your hand. These devices are truly amazing.
Of course, these hard drives are super easy to use. They connect to your PC through your USB port, and there's really no configuration you need to worry about. Windows comes with it's own backup software, so they really are plug and play. Just take it out of the box, plug it in to your computer, and you're done. Nothing could be easier.
The best thing to do now is to go out and buy yourself one of these external hard drives. They will save you time, they will save you money, and after you've seen how easy it is to back up all your important data, you achieve wonderful peace of mind as well.

The Benefits of Managed Server Hosting
by: Kathryn Dawson
There are many reasons why managed server hosting is the best option for webmasters and other IT workers who control one or more websites. When you have websites, you need to look for ways to host them and keep them secure in a cost effective way. The best way to get the most value for money is through having a dedicated server that is managed by a professional company.
Having a dedicated server is one of the most secure ways you can host your websites. Being dedicated to you alone means that no one else has access to the server. This can result in faster loading times and reduced risk that something will go wrong with your own website as a result of a problem with someone else's. Dedicated servers ensure that no bandwidth, hard drive space, memory or anything else related to your website hosting is shared with anyone else. If your site takes payments of any kind or customer information then this is the minimum lever of server security you should operate.
Not only does renting a dedicated server provide the security levels you need, but it also means your sites are managed by a professional company. This has a huge number of benefits too. Managed dedicated hosting means the company takes care of all maintenance, checks, hardware and upgrades and will alert you to any problems as quickly as possible. This can obviously result in plenty of time saved for you as well as expense. It is by far the most cost effective way to manage a server. The alternatives are colocation which is when you place your very own server into a data centre located nearby. Not only do you then have to take on all the costs of buying and operating your own server, you have to rent space in a data centre and ensure it is being managed if not by you then someone else. It is possible to choose a shared server option however this does not provide the same level of security and can be a risk.
With managed server hosting you don't have to hire or train anyone to look after your server, you don't have to stump up any additional costs for maintenance work or fixtures and fittings needed in the data centre itself. Part of your managed server package will be 24 hour technical support which means that any problems that occur will be rectified quickly, at any time of day or night. This keeps downtime of your sites to an absolute minimum. You will even be able to take this a step further and ensure you have extra monitoring of your network and websites. If something were to go wrong you would be alerted by phone, email or even text message so you could rapidly take action.
Although there is a monthly cost associated with managed server hosting, you save time and money on ongoing management of the server. In the long run this is the best way to host your websites and offers more benefits than choosing colocation or shared hosting. When you have a fully managed server you are free to concentrate on other aspects of your business such as driving it forward and seeking out ways to generate new income. When the server is managed you also get to benefit from an ongoing network monitor that means any problems can be raised immediately and you can be alerted of anything that needs your attention. Having instant alerts in this way is particularly important if your site receives high volumes of traffic or involves cash transactions. Customers and readers of a website will not return if they experience problems with the site or the site is down for any reason.

What Good Is Camp Software?
by: Rudy Silva
If you own a camping company, no doubt you need camp software. In today’s fast-paced lifestyle, people rely on the convenience, comfort and rapid exchange of information through the latest technology.
Campers prefer to connect with the camping company via visiting their official website. Hence, it is vital that as an owner of a camping company, you are able to make information available at any time to your campers.
Some of this information includes online camp registration, photo and e-mail services, and online camper accounts. Parents as well as all participants can have convenience in registering at anytime and anywhere, complete with e-mail confirmation receipts. Your camp software should be able to do this plus the chance to edit information with simple editing tools for non-technical staff.
For photos taken during the camping activities, most campers find it very attractive to be able to upload such photos for sharing with friends and family. And what better way of informing friends and family that your campers have photos to share if not through an e-mail supported by your website?
To enhance the customer service of your camping company, you should have the online camper accounts enabled in your website and which is provided by your boot camping software. In this feature, your campers can process secure payments online by credit cards, debit cards and electronic checks, view their balances and print statements and invoices online. And if there are discounts and any codes to be applied, your system can handle this.
Nonetheless, the camping software must not only benefit of your campers, after all, it is your duty to maintain organized data management for better management of camp operations. Some of the applications or features that you should look for in shopping for the most appropriate software for your camping company are staff and prospect application management, merchandise and camp store, program management, marketing solutions.
In staff and prospect application management, the software must allow you to manage staff and participant information in the database It must also allow your prospective staff to apply in customizable applications online, track status on applicants and hiring, schedule dates and time for interviews, and record notes about the interview.
Your camp software should enable you to sell products such as souvenirs, gears and equipment that can be viewed, while campers register online and in person. Sales of products must also be completed online and on the site. And if parents would like to put money into a camp store account, they should be able to do so without hassles. They can also view purchase history from their account.
Data management is very important. If your camp software does not allow you to manage with ease dates on activities, information on the capacity and availability of cabins and bunks, and monitor groups and their activities, you should choose one that does.
Finally, there should be marketing solutions to increase your profits. You can do this via sending your packages by e-mail, online advertising, referral system and more. Some camp software provides additional features to their customers as part of providing quality services.

Times are hard and money is scarce so almost every one is on the lookout for opportunities to earn more money. Some people say it is hard to start a business because it requires too much capital. Some say they do not even know what business they should go into.
The popularity of the Internet has opened doors and a variety of money-making opportunities for people who are willing to explore such possibilities. Blogging is the rage among Internet users today. A blog is much like a website where a person or a group of person can input articles, photos and other information. A blog is much like a diary although it is more than that and it is done using high technology.
Various blogs have sprouted on different topics like cooking, environment, animals, travel, songs, and every topic under the sun. Any person can have his own blog and he can update it as frequently as possible.

A person who writes a blog on digital cameras for example can make money placing advertisements of various digital camera brands. Some companies place their ads on blogs indirectly by asking bloggers to write about topics related to their company.
Some blogs earn income from getting linkages with affiliate programs. Some bloggers have become creative and offer how to articles and seminar type articles on their blogs.
People who write very well are sometimes commissioned by big companies to write blogs for them and they are being paid on a per blog or even on a weekly basis. There are companies who shy away from traditional advertising so they establish their own blogs. These companies require bloggers to maintain such blogs.
Some bloggers rely on the generosity of their readers who donate money to their blogs. Some people have even quit their regular jobs and have become regular bloggers.
Blogging is currently the rage among Internet work for hires. However, there are a lot of other money-making opportunities using the Internet. Any person can do paid surveys, do cold calls or perform data entry work for other people using the Internet.

A Successful Company of a Successful Industry
by: Nancy David
The success of the call center industry came from the success of call center companies and agencies in the Philippines. One popular example of those call centers is Magellan Call Center, who, like the industry itself, have grown significantly in only a few years. And this is because of their call center services in which many businesses, both local and foreign, have taken advantage.
A Successful Company of a Successful Industry
According to many industry experts, the growth of the call center industry started when a few third-party companies have introduced a number of customer relation services such as customer care, technical support, Order taking services, travel services, education, financial services, and many more into the industry.
Because of these outsourcing services, the demand for call center services have rapidly increased which led to the growth of call center companies and agencies in the Philippines. One of those which were established at that time was Magellan Call Center.
Magellan Call Center is one of the most successful call center companies in the Philippines today. It was founded at the time in which the demand for call center services have grown significantly, which was in 2005, and from that time on, Magellan Call Center have gained a lot of successes in the industry.
Like many other call center start-ups, Magellan Call Center operated small, while offering basic center services in the market, such as Order taking services, reservation services, and many others. However, what made them unique from others is because of their services, which aims to offer call center outsourced services to small and medium companies and businesses in the Philippines.
Although most call centers offer affordable means for other businesses to expand, most of these are usually too expensive for small and medium companies. Because of this, call centers such as Magellan Call Center became popular in the market, allowing other small businesses to focus more on their core business rather than manage their own call center department.
Eventually, Magellan Call Center became successful in the industry which led to its expansion in the market. However, what made it more successful is when offshore companies and businesses came into the Philippines to do partnerships with these call center companies.
Magellan Call Center’s Offshore Success
Because of the success of the call center industry, many foreign investors were attracted to do business with call center companies in the Philippines. Part of the reason why many of these companies chose the Philippines is because of one, call center services, such Magellan Call Center’s own Order taking services is much more affordable compared to other English speaking countries; and two, the call center industry of the Philippines have already showed signs of rapid growth, which means healthy investments for foreign investors.

Better Bathrooms
My friend has just started building his new house. The current rent is due to end in two months. That was why he decided to build a new house and move to a new environment. Now, the new house is almost complete with only interiors of the house which are lacking. Furniture, curtains, doors, etc were easy to find, but when it came bathrooms my friend had so much difficulties. He could not find any shop online who could provide him with what he needed. So he came to our house and had a look at our bathrooms. He then asked me where I bought interiors for my bathrooms. I just smiled and said "betterbathrooms.com".
In BetterBathrooms you can easily find any interiors you need for your bathroom. If you go to the site you can browse the product by categories including toilets, toilet seats, bathroom tiles, bathroom furniture, bathroom taps, and many more. Clicking on one of those categories will give you a list of products and the details. Once you find what you are looking for you can pay the product by credit card. Your product will be processed and dispatched. A text message will be sent to you to confirm that your product has been dispatched. The courier will call you to arrange the delivery date.
A few days ago my friend called me and invited me over to his new house. I was absolutely amazed by the interior of his house especially the bathrooms. My friend thanked me and said I will certainly promote BetterBathrooms to my friends.

Enmeshed Parenting
by: Margaret Paul, Ph.D.
"Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself. They came through you but not from you and though they are with you yet they belong not to you."
-- Kahlil Gibran
Symptoms of enmeshed parenting:
* Your children's good or difficult behavior and successful or unsuccessful achievements define your worth.
* Your children are the center of your life - your purpose in life.
* Your focus is on taking care of your children rather than taking care yourself.
* Your happiness or pain is determined by your children.
* You are invasive - you need to know everything about what your children think and do.
If you identify with one or more of these symptoms, you might be enmeshed with your children.
Consequences for your children of you being enmeshed with them:
* They may grow up feeling responsible for others' feelings while ignoring responsibility for their own. They might feel selfish if they take care of themselves rather than you, becoming compliant and disconnected from themselves.
* They may use you as their role model - making others responsible for their feelings rather than being self-responsible.
* They may feel invaded and controlled by you and withdraw, resist, or act out in anger. As adults, they may have a hard time taking responsibility for themselves.
* They will likely have problems in their adult relationships, both work and personal - being a taker, a caretaker, withdrawn, angry, and/or resistant.
As a parent, it is vitally important that you have a sense of passion and purpose in your life separate from your children. And it is vitally important that you learn to define your own sense of worth rather than making your children's behavior responsible for this. It is way too big a burden for children to be the center of your life. There is way too much pressure on them to have to act right, perform right, and/or look right for you to feel that you are okay. Defining your worth through your children makes them feel trapped in being what you want them to be rather than being themselves. If you do not have work, hobbies, or other interests that are very important to you, then you might be making your children your purpose in life, and you might be making them responsible for your feelings of self-worth.
Your children need you to be a role model of taking loving care of yourself - of defining your own worth and taking responsibility for your own feelings of pain and joy. They need to see you as a productive member of society - whether it is through you're your work, volunteer work, and/or creative activities and hobbies. They need to feel free to be themselves and follow their own path without feeling that they will hurt or disappoint you. They need to know that they can come to you with their fears, questions, doubts and dilemmas and that you will be there to help them find their way rather than imposing your way on them. They need to feel your love and support for who they are rather than who you think they should be.
You will end up with a far better relationship with your children if you learn how to make yourself happy and define your own worth rather than make your children responsible for you. As adults, they will continue to want to spend time with you if you are your own person, but if they feel obligated to be with you, they might resist.
If you are an enmeshed parent, do yourself and your children a huge favor and start learning to take responsibility for your own happiness and pain.

General Info About Breast Feeding
by: Andy Guides Jr
Breast feeding is becoming known more popularly as the healthy choice for woman and their infants, the question is why. Breast milk for one thing is easier for the baby's stomach to digest opposed to formula. Breast milk contains nutrients, cells and hormones that newborns need. Baby formula cannot match the chemical make up of breast milk.
Breast milk the first three to five days after birth is yellow and thick, this is called colostrum. This type of milk has all the nutrients, hormones, and antibodies that newborns require to be healthy. After this period of time the milk becomes thin and white and tailors to the babies nutrition needs.
The first three to five days after birth a woman makes a thick yellow hued milk called colostrum, this milk contains a large amount of nutrients and antibodies that are very helpful to newborns. After a woman is finished creating colostrum the milk begins to thin out and become whiter to better suit the babies needs. A mother's milk always offers the exact amount of nutrients, fats and sugars that her newborn needs.
Some new mothers have difficulties getting their babies to latch. Its important to remember that infants are born with the knowledge of how to latch as well as how to find the breast, but if it seems to just not be happening there are ways to help your baby. To make sure it gets a good latch you point the nipple directly toward the back of the babies mouth and keep the base of the nipple as far from the babies lower lip as possible.
Breast feeding shouldn't hurt if it does then you should help your baby re latch by placing a clean finger in the corner of your babies mouth to break the latch. The infant may be only sucking on the nipple which could cause pain. The nipple should not look flat or compressed when it comes out of the infant's mouth it should look long and round or the same as it did before it fed.
Breast feeding shouldn't hurt it should be a comfortable experience that brings a woman her child closer to one another. It is best to breast feed as soon after the baby is born as possible. If the woman gives a natural birth then it is best for the woman to breast feed immediately after and delay any procedures that don't need to take place immediately, this will help the infant to know who its mother is.
A mother should learn her child's signs of hunger as early on as possible by keeping the baby in the room with her while she is in the hospital. Babies will become more alert and active when they are hungry they will put their fists to their mouths or move their head around searching for a breast, crying is a critical sign of hunger.

Finding Quality Daycare is Possible!
by: Daycare Mom
Author: Daycare Mom
Our daycare search was so extensive my husband built a spreadsheet for information regarding who had a spot for our child, how much they charged, their hours, and if they had preschool activities. After visiting or talking to someone, we filled out the “comments” section. This became full of comments such as “5 dogs-very noisy and smelly”; “lit candle within reach of children”; “seems nice, mentions Jesus A LOT”.
Before finding our very close to perfect provider, we had some interesting daycare interviews. One caregiver told us the kids mostly stay in one room in the basement of a bi-level home. She said they watched a movie every day and then cartoons when she was preparing meals or a snack on the upper level. I saw a spacious, railed deck and asked if the kids liked playing on it. She said, “The kids don’t go outside. They’ll stay in the basement”. One house had an open basement stairway, with no baby gate or door, straight off the playroom area. I tried to ask her about the stairs, but her teenage son’s music was so loud she didn’t hear my question. My husband called a provider to ask if she had an opening and how much she charged. She assured him over and over again that she didn’t drink very much. Of course, he never asked her about her drinking habits.
Needless to say our children never went to these providers. We did sign up with a woman who seemed so perfect she seemed too good to be true. We were relieved and happy, and so discouraged from the previous interviews that we ignored many things that were going wrong. When we couldn't take any more, we realized we should have started the search again right away, no matter how painful it was. We learned that you won't know if the philosophy you discuss in the interview is actually practiced every day until you’ve started. The best way to approach a new daycare situation is in a “probationary” style. Give it a month or two…if you or the children are not comfortable with the new provider, start looking again. Even if your concerns seem vague or petty, listen to your instincts. An open line of communication with your child’s daycare caregiver is a must. If the problems are not resolved, remember that this is a business arrangement, and you have the right to do business with someone else. Also remember that there is someone out there who will be a good match for your family…you just have to keep looking. When we took our children out of that unsatisfactory daycare, we spread the word that we were desperate for a provider, and got a reference for a wonderful, experienced, and loving woman, whose rates were much more reasonable.
Remember, you are the advocate for your child.

Your Reference Guide To Caring For A Baby
by: Charmine Ryan
Bringing a new baby home is a time for great joy and celebration. There are so many exciting experiences waiting for the happy family. But, it doesn’t take long for mom and dad to discover that caring for a newborn baby, while joyful, can be demanding and exhausting. They also discover that their baby definitely has a mind of his or her own and will make his or her presence felt in a hundred and one ways - not all of them amusing. As most parents will tell you, it’s all a matter of practice and patience.
Feeding your baby: The first you will need to make is whether to breastfeed or bottle-feed your baby. Research shows that, in most cases, breast milk is the best food for your baby. But some mothers cannot or prefer to not breastfeed. Baby formula is a healthy alternative. Always remember to burp your baby gently after a feeding. While feeding from a bottle, make sure your baby is not taking in air bubbles. A newborn baby will need to eat every few hours around the clock so be prepared for interrupted sleep. When your baby is ready to accept semi-solids and solids, introduce one food at a time. Allow him or time to get used to each food. Avoid baby foods with additives.
Diapering: You will need to decide if you are going to use cloth diapers or disposable diapers. If you decide on cloth diapers you may want to consider using a diaper service. Each option has its own pros and cons. Parents usually make a decision based on time, convenience, environmental concerns and financial considerations. The best advice I’ve received is to avoid a puritanical fascination for any one type of diaper. I use a combination of cloth and disposable. I use cloth at home and disposable diapers when I’m running errands with the baby, visiting friends and relatives, or traveling.
Bathing and Grooming: That first bath at home can be scary for a parent. Until your baby’s umbilical cord stub falls off, only give sponge baths. A baby bathtub makes giving your bath easier and safer. Before placing your baby in the water, test it will your elbow to make sure it’s not too hot or too cold. Never leave your baby unattended while he or she is in the bath. After the bath, bundle your baby up in a nice fluffy towel and dry him or her thoroughly. Make sure the umbilical area is dry and that the eyes, ears and nose are clean. You may need to clean these with a wet washcloth, but never insert buds into them. Trim your baby’s nails just after a bath.
Sleeping: Experts recommend putting your baby to sleep on his or her back. It’s not uncommon for a baby to wake at least once during the night until he or she is about a year old. The younger the baby, the more times he or she will wake during the night for feeding and changing. Feed, change, and comfort your baby when he or she wakes up at night but don’t turn those “awake” periods at night into playtime or it will be harder for you to get your baby to the point of sleeping through the night.
Common health problems include colic, diaper rash, cradle cap, skin rashes and ear infections. Many of these problems need just a little extra care and patience. Call your doctor with any concerns or questions. If your baby is in pain, take him or her in for a doctor visit.
Traveling: A common question of parents is when it is safe to travel by air with a baby. You should wait at least two weeks after the baby is born to take him or her on a trip that includes a flight. After that, most experts say it is safe to travel by air with your baby as long as your baby is not sick. When traveling, pack all the items you need along with plenty of extra clothes and diapers. If traveling by air, call the airline to make arrangements for taking your baby’s car seat or carrier and stroller (a combination car seat/stroller works great) on the plane.
Safety and comfort are two of the most important things to keep in mind when you handle your baby. It is a good idea to have a fairly regular schedule for bathing, feeding, playing and sleeping. Your baby will always respond to a warm, loving environment. Hold your baby, cuddle him or her and respond to his or her cries. It is impossible to ‘spoil’ a little baby. Let your love overflow. Most of all enjoy early parenthood - kids grow up very fast.
